Every two years, the Nevus Outreach Board of Directors gathers in person for a dedicated weekend of collaboration, reflection, and forward planning. This retreat provides an invaluable opportunity for board members to step away from day-to-day responsibilities and focus on the big picture, strengthening connections, evaluating progress, and charting the strategic direction of the organization.
