Whether you're a newcomer to the Nevus family or a returning attendee, the 2016 Nevus Outreach International Conference and Family Reunion offers a helpful and supportive environment in which you can form relationships with other Nevus family members and learn about the latest medical research. Conference Sessions
Apart from inspirational keynotes and excellent educational sessions, our meeting provides lots of opportunity to discuss real life issues. In addition to gaining tips on how to deal with certain situations, this is an opportunity for you to help others by sharing how YOU navigate life and deal with different scenarios!

Please note that conference sign-up costs in this chart do not include breakfasts or the Saturday Banquet. Breakfast is sold out. The Saturday Banquet costs $12 for kids and $20 for adults and teens. Children five years old and younger eat free. Lunch will be provided to all adults attending a session, and kids and teens attending an organized activity will be provided with $10 to cover the cost of each lunch.
As of May 1, the canceling party will receive a 25% return of their full payment. As of June 1, no refund will be given.
Daycare Information
Daycare – as well as snacks and lunch – is included in the conference sign-up fee for Children 6 months to 5 years. KiddieCorp, a professional daycare service, will operate the Daycare 8:00 am–5:00 pm Thursday and Friday and 8:00 am–3:00 pm Saturday in the Slate Room on the Lobby Level of the hotel. Furnishings, toys, games, etc. will be brought in to transform the Slate Room into a fully functional daycare center. The conference sign-up fee for Children is all-inclusive; there is no discount if you do not use Daycare, if you bring in your child after 8:00 am, or you pick up your child early. Complete details will be available when conference sign-up opens on January 15. Daycare is recommended to allow parents to enjoy and focus on conference sessions. Please note that children will NOT be permitted in the conference sessions for adults, and any violation of this rule will not be tolerated out of courtesy for the rest of the people in attendance. You must sign up for Daycare by May 30, 2016.

Hotel Pricing
We searched all over the Chicago area to find the best location for our reunion at the best price. In the end we chose the Hyatt Regency Schaumberg. We have reserved a block of rooms available Tuesday through Sunday at only $105 per night. This price includes single, double, triple, and quadruple occupancy rooms as well as suites. The only way to get this rate is to go through the Nevus Outreach portal.

The full-service Hyatt Regency Shaumburg is centrally located in the heart of Schaumburg’s northern suburban business district. It is 30 miles from downtown Chicago and nine miles from O’Hare International Airport. You could earn your entire family's conference sign-up costs to attend the 2016 Nevus Outreach Conference and Family Reunion to be held June 29 - July 2, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Schaumberg in Chicago, Illinois!
- For every $500 you raise, you get one free child conference sign-up.

GO Airport Express
GO Airport Express is Chicago's premier door-to-door airport shuttle service. Best known for their Chicago Airport Shuttle, they also offer private van charters for groups and families. Nevus Outreach has arranged for special pricing to use GO Airport Express. The details are still being worked out and should be available by the time the Sign-up window opens up on January 15. GO Airport Express offers competitive prices, and the roomiest shuttles (a welcome option for 2016 Nevus Outreach International Conference and Family Reunion attendees with families and lots of luggage), and since GO Airport Express accepts reservations, has curbside pickup and a desk in every terminal, conference attendees can fly in to Chicago knowing they have a ride to the hotel without having to call and book it after they have landed.

To/From Chicago O’Hare International Airport:

To/From the Chicago Loop:

Downtown Chicago Transportation Options
METRA Train
Ride Metra from the Arlington Park train station, 15 minutes away. Cost is $7-$8 per person to downtown. Transportation to the train station is available through All Star Cab & Shuttle for $10 for up to 4 travelers.
Windy City Limousine
Shared (6:00 am-9:00 pm) and private rides to/from O'Hare Airport. Private rides to/from Midway Airport. Windy City is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Things to do in Chicago
Does your family love nature? Explore the depths of the ocean at the Shedd Aquarium. Do you have a sports fan in your group? Catch a fly ball at Wrigley Field. If none of that interests you, try a show at The Chicago Theatre or ride the Ferris Wheel at Navy Pier. After you're done there, enjoy a slice of Chicago's famous deep-dish pizza or experience fine dining at one of Chicago's world-renowned restaurants. Other Information
It is expected that all attendees, regardless of age, will sign up for the conference. Attendees who have signed up will benefit from our efforts to keep costs low and take advantage of the meals we will serve, some at no cost and some for a ticket price which is only a fraction of the actual cost. We sincerely hope you enjoy the meals we have chosen and they provide a cost-effective addition to your conference sign-up fee.
