Please remember to wear your name badge to all events. This will identify you as a Nevus Conference participant and will allow you access to events and meals. Name tags with color dots will also identify individuals with special dietary requirements to the Marriott Solana staff.

The 2012 Nevus Outreach Conference will kick off with a Texas barbecue, music and lots of fun and games on the pool level. A fun and relaxing atmosphere to reunite with friends and meet new attendees!
Dinner Dance Party

Attendees must RSVP in advance and provide their meal selections for the Saturday night banquet (remember to bring your meal ticket on the night of the event). Additional guests may attend (space allowing) for $60/guest.
This event is definitely a highlight of the conference. After four intense days of information and lots of emotion, this is the time to relax, let your hair down and let loose on the dance floor! The event will take place in the main ballroom. Guests will enjoy a plated 3‐course dinner, followed by a fun evening of dancing to DJ Mike’s tunes.
Pool Party at the Solana Club

A Nevus Conference just wouldn’t be a Nevus Conference without the traditional pool party, complete with pizza! This event will take place at the Solana Club, which is adjacent to the Marriott Solana (see map to the Solana Club or ask for directions at the front desk or Information Table.)
Pasta Night / Talent Show

Join us for this exciting new event—guests will enjoy a delicious dinner, followed by some amazing talent from within our group! Talent acts will include dance, song, piano, guitar, slam poetry, jump‐rope, and maybe a surprise or two.
Important Note for Talent Show Participants: A talent show rehearsal will take place in the main ballroom on Friday, July 6 from 3:30‐4:30 p.m.
