Corporate Status
Nevus Outreach is a non-profit corporation granted 501(c)(3) status by the United States government.
If you give to any charity, you are entitled to know how your gift is used. Being an American corporation granted non-profit status by the IRS means donors are assured by the Federal government that Nevus Outreach meets specific qualifications and obligations and passes certain tests to assure accountability and legal operation. In exchange for this assurance, your donations to Nevus Outreach are fully tax-deductable.
You can be sure that Nevus Outreach strives to be excellent stewards of your donations. Nevus Outreach is proud of the high standards to which it holds itself accountable. To further ensure our own accountability and comply with legal requirements, we make the following items available to anyone who requests them:

- Annual Report

2009 Financial Audit
It is considered a good practice for non-profit organizations to subject themselves to independent financial audit periodically. The Board of Directors of Nevus Outreach instructed the staff to do this for the Fiscal Year ending March 31, 2009. The audit was recently concluded. From the auditor: "In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position of NEVUS OUTREACH, Inc. as of March 31, 2009, and the consolidated changes in its net assets and cash flows for the year then ended in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America."
