Username

Your username will be the first letter of the first name of the person with the nevus. combined with their last name, i.e. "bsanders" for Barry Sanders.

Password

Your password will be the birthdate of the person with the nevus without dashes or slashes, i.e. "02081999" for Feb. 8, 1999.

About Your Email Address

You may also use the Password Recovery tool on this page to retrieve the new username and password. However, the email address associated with your new account will be the email address you used when you last updated the Nevus Registry.
